YOUNG TALENT PROGRAMME
During the year, IPR selects young candidates as part of its training and work programme providing the knowledge and skills necessary to cover roles of responsibility for a period between 6-12 months. After the on-the-job training period, candidates are hired for roles in the Commercial, Administrative, Human Resources and Technical Operational fields.
The programme is mainly open to Graduates, mainly with a Masterís Degree in Business Economics, Management Engineering or Civil Engineering (specialised in Transport). Candidates need to be flexible, dynamic, easily adaptable and have great determination. They must be available to spend a training period outside of their town/ city of residence. Work experience acquired during their period of study is preferable but not essential.
In addition, the company supports secondary school work experience projects to help those who do not want to or cannot go to university find a job easily.
